Yesterday was the final day of mixdowns of Chris's 4 debut recordings, "Memories" (original), "Poisoned Love" (original), "I Go To Pieces" (cover) and "Ain't No Sunshine" (cover), which will collectively comprise his upcoming debut single and EP release.   A video crew was also in attendance yesterday, documenting the great work that has taken place at Cove City Sound Studios over the last month plus.  Additional news coming soon.

Sunday, 12/13/20

Another productive day was spent yesterday at Cove City Sound Studios, with Chris Milo, Richie Cannata (producer), John Arbuckle (engineer), Marvin Welkowitz (assistant producer) and Brendan Keenan (additional production).   It was day #1 of the final mixdowns of Chris's four debut singles, with mastering to follow soon.  Stay tuned!

Friday, 12/11/20

Krisi Ardito and Chris Milo performed a rousing set of cover songs, with a few originals and seasonal songs mixed in, on Wednesday evening from 7-10 PM at Butterfields Restaurant in Hauppauge, NY.  Be on the lookout for much more to come from this talented and dedicated musical pair in ensuing weeks and months.

Sunday, 12/06/20

Another full day of hard work was spent at Cove City Sound Studios today with Chris Milo finishing the vocals and arrangements on his four debut recordings;  originals "Poisoned Love" and "Memories" as well as covers of Bill Withers' "Ain't No Sunshine" and Peter & Gordon's "I Go To Pieces."  All the while, recording engineer John Arbuckle remained hard at work on the console, as he began the extensive task of mixing down the vocals and instrumentation.   Be on the lookout for much more coming soon.  Chris will be performing all four songs later this week on shows featuring himself and fellow Long Island performer Krisi Ardito; the first set to take place this Wednesday evening  12/09 at Butterfields Restaurant in Hauppauge, NY.  Stay up to date on all future shows by visiting the Shows page on this website.

Singer/songwriter Chris Milo spent time at Cove City Sound Studios with producer Brendan Keenan tonight putting finishing touches on the production of Chris’s original composition “Poisoned Love” prior to the song’s final mix down.  This track, along with “Memories” (another original Chris Milo composition), “Ain’t No Sunshine” (Bill Withers cover) and “I Go To Pieces” (Peter & Gordon cover) will collectively comprise Chris’s forthcoming debut EP.  Stay tuned! 

Monday, 11/23/20 

Yesterday, Chris Milo spent his 4th day (3rd full day) at Richie Cannata's famed Cove City Sound Studios in Glen Cove, New York.  Chris, assiduously working with producer Cannata as well as engineer John Arbuckle, recorded additional vocals/overdubs on the 2 original songs ("Poisoned Love," "Memories") and 2 covers ("Ain't No Sunshine," "I Go To Pieces") which will collectively comprise his forthcoming debut EP.   More to follow soon!

Thursday, 11/19/20

Last night, Krisi Ardito & Chris Milo brought down the house at Molto Pizza in Babylon, NY as they performed a spirited 3-hour live set consisting of a rousing mix of covers and original songs.  Audience participation and dancing accompanied the exceptional food and drink, and a joyful and exuberant attitude was fervently expressed by members of the audience throughout the evening.  We look forward to seeing you, your friends, and family at an upcoming show soon!

Singer/songwriter Chris Milo spent his second full day today at Cove City Sound Studios in Glen Cove, NY.  It was quite the busy day for Chris, who fervently recorded his guitar tracks and vocals for both "Poisoned Love" & "Memories," two original songs for which the full instrumentation was recorded in studio last week.   These originals, along with covers of Bill Withers' "Ain't No Sunshine" and Peter & Gordon's "I Go To Pieces," will comprise Chris's forthcoming debut EP.

Singer/songwriter Chris Milo entered the renowned Cove City Sound Studios in Glen Cove, NY to begin recording the four songs which will comprise his debut EP.   "Poisoned Love" & "Memories" (words written/music composed entirely by Chris) were laid down first;  followed by covers of Bill Withers' "Ain't No Sunshine" and Peter & Gordon's "I Go To Pieces."   Both the studio musicians and Chris diligently performed for hours in the live room working out arrangements, and the day-long session turned out to be nothing short of a resounding success; as evidenced by the jovial attitude exhibited by all.  Stay tuned for much more to come soon!
